Objective: After a short introduction to Service Design/Design Thinking methodologies, we will map out the investor’s journey from initial interest to project completion and identify key trust-building touchpoints.
In a group setting, we will discuss challenges and opportunities to build trust at different stages.

Session 2: Reframing Challenges and Ideating Solutions
Objective: Use Design Thinking to challenge assumptions and generate innovative trust-building ideas.
We want to understand investor needs, pain points, and motivations. In a next step, we will reframe current challenges related to building trust with investors and participants will brainstorm innovative solutions for trust-building.

Session 3: Prototyping & Testing Trust-Building Strategies
Objective: Develop prototypes for trust-building strategies and test their effectiveness.
Participants develop prototypes of their trust-building ideas and test these prototypes in simulated investor interactions. Participants refine their solutions based on peer feedback.
