About the event
Join us for an interactive (and fun) workshop to realign with “best practices” for engaging with your customers, whether virtually or in-person. Together we will seek to understand our customer’s journey better, to challenge our assumptions, redefine our (and their) problems and ideate new solutions.
We will place the spotlight on the “customer journey” itself. To give us a focus for the workshop, we will utilize the example of a corporate investor considering a foreign direct investment.
We will explore how to build trust with our customer from initial engagement to project fruition. This workshop has been developed based on elements of the innovation methodologies Design Thinking and Service Design.
Workshop Fee of 35 USD per person. Payment options are made available after registration.
